These fantasy-colored owls have knowing eyes and gentle expressions. They are nestled in lush trees and cameoed in frames. They are wise and kind, inquisitive and elusive. They quietly observe all, but keep their own counsel. Their beauty is inviting, yet they cannot be tamed.
- Medium - Original nine-patch design, machine pieced, cotton fabrics, flannel batting, hand appliqued, traditional hand finished binding, with many hours of hand quilting in colorful big-stitch style. Intentional back knots add texture and interest. This piece is a combination of traditional and modern quilting techniques.
- Dimensions - 35” x 35” (just shy of 3 ft x 3ft)
