A passionate vegan and devoted animal rights activist, April (@aprilgracebaker) is renowned for her culinary talents and her incredible vegan treats, with her delectable fudge being a standout favorite. April's journey towards veganism was catalyzed by a transformative trip to Spain in 1989. Witnessing the stark reality of the meat industry, where animals suffer openly, not hidden behind slaughterhouse walls, she returned home a vegetarian.
